Love this bike!

The bike is better then I expected. It looks good, it works great. I use it for my short commute to work and I especially love it since the cost of fuel is sky rocketing. The bike was easy to put together and is well worth the money.

Best Father's Day Gift

I got this awesome, small, great design as a Father's Day gift and I love it! (Actually I just bought C20 from ENGWE recently and enjoy riding so much so I told my wife about the new release T14 model). I use this to take my son to elementary school close by ~ 1 mile. He is only 5 years old, going to kindergarten so the height of the seat was perfect for him. He was comfortable with the seat and not too scare of falling off. The bike 350W hub motor was more than enough to move us around the neighborhood easily, with light peddling. The form is compact so it was easy to manuval around the traffic and pedestrians .... The battery is plentiful to go back and forth many times. Overall this is an awesome with the design and functionally. I'm looking forward to owning the upcoming X26 model.

Key Advantages:
1. Price is very affordable, and with Father's Day promotion is unbeatable!
2. Lightweight and easy to fold and take anywhere.
3. Strong and durable to carry me 165 lbs and my son 40 lbs without problem.
4. Battery is big enough for us to ride for a long while. (our long ride is 20+ miles ... and could go longer).
5. Unique design and look different vs. other folding bikes on the market, and around the neighborhood.
6. Came with front light, plus back seat and fenders.

Thanks.

Worth it

I rode this guy around my neighborhood and couldn't be more impressed with torque of motor. 6'1 220 and pulled me nicely. I honestly would not upgrade speed as this bike rides amazing. This is exactly what I was looking for. Leisurely coasting around town with ease. No problem up hill even with my weight. PAS is all or nothing, no mode changes. No rear light, it is actually a reflector. Once you get up to speed pedaling is redundant.

These small issues do not outway the amount of fun I had riding this ebike The torque on this motor is sufficient enough for me personally. I literally didn't want to stop riding. Because of battery size I am concerned running out of battery. Perfect for everyone. Even if you already own an ebike this will be a perfect change of pace. Seat is not comfortable as I have big bum and thighs. Seat is not removable, actually have to replace seat pole or cut pipe order to replace.

These small issues do not outway the amount of fun I had riding this ebike. Definitely recommend for change of pace or anyone on a budget. I would absolutely buy again.

Compact city commuter

Packaged arrived within 7 days of purchase. Company did a fantastic job of responding to my emails in a timely manner. Shipment by fedex arrived in OK condition, notice one of the scraps had been broken off which means it probably took a bump. Not too bad to assemble however manual provided did not have good instructions on how to properly set up, maintain and adjust the bike accordingly. Had to adjust rear breaks because they were too tight and squeakingout of the box. The biggest problem I have is the handlebars are loose and it is not easy to tighten. Handlebar fastener just doesn't seem to keep them up and feels unsafe. I actually almost fell twice, second time was after I tighten as hard as my wrench would allow. I had to drill a self-tapping screw into handle bar to keep it from going down every time I hit a bump. Seems ok for now. I am 6'1 220 lbs. The shocks are too soft for me and need to be tighten but I don't know how. The handle bars also slant in towards my knees while on sitting on the sattle. It would be nice if I had a more distance between me and the handle bars, which is forcing me to sit further back on the rear edge of the seat, moving my center of gravity from the middle of the bike to the back tire.

This is my first ebike and definitely plan to upgrade to a larger one in the future, hopefully another Engwe
