Great bike it's my 2nd one. LOVE THE BIKE but they need not to use FedEx. One got delivered to the wrong house one for 3 days was said being delivered today then would not be.
Pros:
Beautiful design & build quality, some of the best millage out there on the market. Great price. Great customization accessories. Good video instructions on how to put the bike together. Great uphill power. Fast shipping. Duel battery option charges both batteries at the same time. Effective and easy to use customizable front suspension. Tight and responsive brakes. Great acceleration. Great kickstand. Large cargo seat area. The bike came with a great helmet, bike lock and reflective vest as a free gift! "Thank you!"
Cons:
It's Heavy. There not really good anti-theft security features. The horn bell is nearly useless and I will probably replace. Additional accessories don't come with instructions. The front LCD interface screen and bluetooth phone app need to be improved to have more robust features. I received the bike with a damage blinker, they will send a replacement but it's in backorder, I wish they had blinker lights on the front of the bike too like they have in the rear. Customer service by text or email is responsive but could take 24 - 72 hours to get back to you because they are located outside of America, Many accessories are out of stock when I wanted to purchase them. The gear set is too tight and it's hard to keep the speed of 28 mph without extreme ghost pedaling. The two batteries have two separate keys for unlocking and they should've just have one. It's hard to put a cargo trailer attachment on the back of the bike because of compatibility issues, they need to create an additional attachment piece for that.
All in all, the pros outweigh the cons. I ride this bike about 80 miles a day, 4 days a week working for food delivery apps. It's a no-brainer compared to a gas guzzling car. I live in the city and I get places faster than if I had taken the car because I don't have to wait in traffic or worry about parking.
This is definitely a next generation cargo bike and a step and the right direction. Probably one of the best cargo bikes you could currently buy. Other companies can learn from Engwe's design choices.
Just got my ENGWE LE20, and Im seriously impressed! The range is insane350 km on a single charge means I can run errands all day without worrying about running out of juice. Love it!
Im also loving the accessory options. Ive added a front basket and a rear rack, making it super versatile for all my needs. This bike has quickly become my go-to for everything!

As an electric bicycle for carrying goods, it has powerful power and cargo space, which is simply amazing. It is also equipped with a torque sensor and fast charger, which is very convenient and easy to use.
