After 3 weeks of use I can say that the battery is good…I rode about 30 miles today and came home still with power…I am surprised how long its power lasts considering it is not the original battery of the bicycle… excellent product I recommend it 😁😄👍
I ordered the 48v 16ah battery for a secondary to double my range. I keep the extra in a rack pack. I easily got 30 miles with this battery, which is equal to my original. I had questions and concerns and the customer service rep was polite, prompt and very helpful. When I need another battery, this is where I will shop.
This battery gives me 30% more range compared to my 48V 9.6AH battery at the same price. I did have issues with Fedex shipping. The packaging had three 2 inch deep tears in it. The battery housing had some scratches but no internal damage to the battery.
