I had my bike damaged significantly when delivered. FedEx driver essentially dropped it off the truck. Fork, fender and left brake damage. Engwe supplied parts quickly and local bike shop repaired the bike. They covered a modest labor fee as well. For me it saved sending the bike back and for Engwe maybe a simpler solution. All I can say is Engwe customer service was wonderful to me. Now I have my bright yellow E26 in hand and I have already put 71 miles on it in three days! The bike is as advertised. I had a little rattle in the rear fender which was easily addressed and now I only hear those big knobby tires, which sound good to me. The bike rides well, lots of power and I liked that I could adjust the PAS levels from 5 to 9. I think it makes the Cadence mode even more useable. Comfortable seat and good ergonomics for me. I am 71 so the only regret I have, and it's a slight one, is not purchasing the step through version. Excellent bike, great value and for me great company. Thank you Engwe! I would love to buy another!

I have purchased four Engwe bikes in the last year and a half. I have the m20. My son has the m20 2.0 and my wife has the e26 and we bought my dad, the m20 and we all love our bikes. It's a great value and it's so fun to be out in nature with my family riding around.. I would like to get one more bike. I'm hoping that because we have purchased so many that Engwe will maybe reach out and give me a nice discount on the next one... Really love your bikes..
