ENGWE X24

So far I’m very happy with my new bike. What you get for the price with Engwe is hard to beat. The only issue I have with my X24 is that my inner thigh on the right side sometimes hits the Hinge that folds the bike. After 2 rides about 25 miles I have a black and blue bruise from it. I’m thinking about putting a small piece of foam tape on the hinge to see if it helps. Other than that this is a Great Bike. I was also able to put my BMX bars on that I had on my Engine Pro making it much more comfortable for me. Thanks Engwe.

My son has used this bike for nearly 9 months as a daily rider to work. It is used a lot and has held up very well to heavy use. We had one problem with the rear brakes, which was responded to quickly by email and the part was shipped soon. However, depending on where you live, it can take awhile for the parts to make it across the country. Florida takes awhile FYI! The X24 folds and fits in back of med SUV easily (except lifting it in!). It is heavy, so two people is best, but I've done it myself before in a pinch. My son really likes the performance and quality of the Engwe ebike and is glad it is so reliable as well. We both recommend the company and product.

Am pleased with customer service reply’s. My 24 inch bike is on order and I had several questions which were answered via email within a day. Customer service and warranty was my biggest concern and am happy with my decision to go with Engle. Have not seen my bike yet, but so far very happy

Literally one of the coolest bikes I've ever ridden customer service is second to none along with the bike the x24 is one Wild Ride my bought it 3 months ago and I put about 600 miles on it in Arizona desert and with my neuropathy in my legs and feet it allows me to go where I wasn't able to before which is more of a blessing than anything I'm able to exercise more which is better for my diabetes and also all the other health elements way better than joining a gym and definitely worth the money appreciate everybody over there at ENGWE 🤘😎🤙👏👏👏 PS if you're looking for attention you'll get it 😂 the amount of compliments that I've gotten on this bike is pretty out of control I have people stop me on the streets in their cars and ask me about it it's also been confused for a motorcycle multiple times the x24 is one of the best bikes out there! P.p.s. if you live in the Arizona desert put green slime in the tubes or a anti-puncture liner of some kind because Arizona is unforgiving and every plant has spikes😂 the bike came fast and in great condition was easy to put together all around a great bike and Company to deal with keep up the good work ENGWE!

The X24's thick frame and multi-part suspension quickly gave me confidence in its stability. More than once I hit loose sand and broken pavement at unexpected speeds without the bike's fat tires spinning or coming loose. I also had an unscheduled brake test when a deer darted across a private road in front of me. I was only going 10 or 12 mph, but the powerful hydraulic disc brakes still stopped all 90 pounds of the bike quickly and easily.
