It is what it says. Love that it can get into my small car & able to lift.
This is a great lightweight scooter. I had purchased another scooter but it was too heavy for me to be able to get it into or out of my car. It doesn't do me any good to have a scooter that I can't take anywhere in my car. It folds up nicely so I can store it in a closet or a corner of my garage. It is light enough for my husband or myself to put it in the back of my SUV.
