We bought the gray and orange combo sale in October 2022 and have loved the bikes, but the gray one was stolen 5/7/24 even though chained to a tree outside of store. We filed a police report and had a hidden tracker on it, but by the time we tracked it to the Sacramento international airport Car rental Center, it was gone they must’ve found the tracker and destroyed it. I think it was an employee of the Car rental Department because it was tracked to an employee only allowed shop area. Oh well, we still have the orange one which we will still enjoy, but I’m not letting it out of my sight!
I bought two of these bikes and they were definitely worth the money. I love the feeling when I am riding. I haven’t gone on a long trip yet but I am so excited. The bike is bigger then I was expected but since it folds it is fine where I wanted to put it.
My husband and I ordered bikes for our 25th wedding anniversary from another seller and were scammed. We ordered another set of bikes from a different seller and were scammed again! Then, we ordered from Engwe. Not only do I believe we actually got better bikes than what we originally tried to purchase, they were delivered in less than a week. I am a shorty (5'3"") and I can ride the bike easily. I gave it 4 stars for comfort because of the seat. That may improve as I get used to riding more or I could easily replace the seat. These bikes are so much fun! I've been riding to work and have taken them on trails and up hills. My teenage kids love them, too. It seems like the bikes are always in use. We plan to go camping in a couple of weeks and can't wait to take them with us. I think this was one of the best purchases we've made and I'm looking forward to lots of adventures!
Just buy the damned ebikes. Most awesome wheels, to this day I have purchased. Have some fun enjoying nature with these ebikes. I have two, and might even buy more in the future, for my future employees of my business that I am in the process of opening.
I bought two of these bikes to take with me on RV/camping trips. The build quality is great and the fat tires make them perfect for the type of dirt roads I often find myself on when camping in more remote areas. All around they are great value for money. I am also very happy with the seller's service. I had a minor problem with a part that got damaged when pulling one of the bikes off the rack. I reached out to the seller. They were very responsive and they quickly sent a replacement part.
