The ENGWE L20 2.0 is better than I had hoped.
I've referred to this bike to many that have listened as the best value in it's category. The shipping came in the timeframe that was promised, the packaging was great and no missing pieces. The bike has reached the advertised distances and speeds. It's been comfortable and a joy to ride. Again, the best value in its class.
Bought a Lectric XP 3.0 for my son and Engwe L20 2.0 for myself. Lectric came with a crushed and rusted front fork. Dealing with Lectric support was and still is a pain since I'm working on a return. My L20 arrived and was in perfect condition. Had a few questions which the great support team got back to me with an answer quickly. Honestly was worried about getting the Engwe because I didn't know much about them. But am definitely getting another bike here.
We purchased 2 of the L20 2.0 bikes a few weeks ago and love them. We now have just over 100 miles on them without any problems. My wife is 5' 4" and it was a bit hard for her to sit on the seat while stopped but Engwe customer service sent her new seat post options that fixed the problem. We are now looking to buy a front rack for both and a spare battery so we can make some long distance rides.
