Hello everyone. I have order this scooter 3 months ago. Since first day i had problem with battery. The battery didn't get fully charged, just one part didn't get charged as is shown up on the small screen of scooter (the round small screen have 5 small parts to get fully charged). Also after 3 miles the battery go in half. I contact ENGUIE immediately, they asked me to measure the charger and the battery, I did it and i upload the videos on youtube they check videos through the link after they send to me new charger. I got new charger I tried again but it didn't work (didn't charge the battery). They ask me to measure again the power of charger and battery, I did it again i upload more videos on youtube because wasn't able to send through email. They email me that they will send to me new charging port. I got that I change it but the battery dosen't get fully charged and after 3 miles the battery lose half of power. I contact them and they ask me to send more videos though links on youtube. Im very disappointed that i have order that scooter. Me as a client I pay for what the offer, they as a seller they price the scooter. So i paid 600$ and i didn't get what the offer (one charge 60km) after 3 miles (4.8km) battery go half of it. I recomand not to buy this scooter just if the guaranty for what they offer to clients. They didn't help me out they just go back and forth (measure this that do this try that) nothing helpfull. Very disappointed. Im gonna put a link that i have upload a video 3 weeks ago. You can watch and not buy this scooter. Sorry for texting so much but very very disappointed.
